Allen Carpenter (in memoriam)

Web-allen 21

Allen passed away June 8 from complications after a successful surgery for pancreatic cancer.

Allen and I began working together in October 2018, over three and a half years ago. He looked forward to coming here and I looked forward to seeing him.. because I knew he was going to bring a challenge. Not one of those crazy challenges, either. He was going to bring something that was so good that I would need to step up in order to do it right.

He was not only a music client, but he became a close friend to me and Diane. His wife, Sue, plans on releasing his beautiful music posthumously in the near future.

Moondog

Joey Mayes and the rest of the members of Moondog recorded three more new songs - Back In The Grind, Small Town Girls, and their newest, Isn't That The Way It Goes. Click the picture for their video of Small Town Girls.

Karen and I have been working remotely since 2020 - with her in the UK and me in the US.  Her music has been garnering awards at film festivals throughout the world.  Homecoming Ball was chosen as best music video in the Multi Dimension independent Film Festival. The One Earth Awards in India gave Material Things the silver award as Best American Roots song and Seeds of Change was Best Children's song. Click the picture for her video of The Hitchhiker.

Alexis La Salle (2nd from left) brought in singers from her community choir to augment the virtual choir we created. Elvis tribute artist Doug Church carries the lead vocal for most of the track.
